These indicate in more detail the subscription and redemption terms of the investment fund, which you, as a client, accept when paying the subscription amount.

If the provided information changes in the future, the new information must be reported to PTIGFI without delay.

Pay the subscription amount to the fund’s bank account. The minimum subscription amount is 1.000 euros. No subscription fees are charged for subscriptions.

The subscription will be carried out on the banking day following the registration of the payment, provided that we have received the client information/subscription form by 14:00 and the identification has been completed. PTIGFI’s funds are managed by GRIT Fund Management Company Ltd. You will receive a confirmation email from GRIT to the email address you provided once the subscription has been finalized.
Below you will find instructions for subscribing fund units if you are already a client and you want to make a new subscription to another fund or an additional subscription to a fund you already own.
Making an additional subscription is simple – just fill the additional subscription form and identify yourself with online banking credentials from the link below.
If your client information has changed since the last subscription or redemption, you will need to fill in the client information form again. The client information form also includes the additional subscription form.

Investment funds are tax-exempt entities and do not pay tax on their interest income or capital gains.
A fund unit holder receives capital gain or loss when redeeming fund units. The capital gain is the difference between the redemption price and the subscription price. Capital gains tax is paid on capital income. Capital losses can be deducted from all capital incomes.
The fund management company reports the ownership and redemption data of the fund units annually to the tax authorities. Capital gains and losses must be reviewed annually on the pre-completed tax return.
